Take The Plunge Gulf Coast is a premier mobile cold plunge service on the Gulf Coast, bringing the benefits of cold therapy directly to you. Our advanced mobile units provide a refreshing and invigorating experience right at your doorstep. Whether you're an athlete, wellness enthusiast, or exploring holistic health, we offer a convenient way to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit with our professional, on-the-go service. Plus, we supply our own power and water if they're not accessible at your location.

Before the plunge, customers conveniently sign a waiver through our easy QR code access. They then take a pre-sanitization shower to remove any contaminants. Clients can choose from one of our two freestanding tubs, each equipped with built-in filtration, debris filters, and chillers that can be set as low as 40°F. The tubs also maintain balanced chlorine, pH, and alkalinity levels, similar to those found in a spa or pool. Assistance in breath work is provided to help clients manage the cold exposure. A timer on the wall helps track your session time, and towels are readily available on the rack for use when you're done.
